With Alert Level 4 in force across Auckland, unfortunately our stores in the Auckland area must remain closed.

If you have an appointment booked during the lockdown period, it will automatically be cancelled and a member of the store team will contact you to reschedule it for when we re-open. While we are closed, however, our expert optometrists are available for telehealth appointments if you have any concerns about your eyes or vision. To book a telehealth appointment, please call your local store.

If you have glasses, contact lenses or hearing aids ready to collect, we’ll do our best to arrange a contactless collection for you when we’re in Alert Level 3, otherwise you’ll be able to come in and collect them when we re-open. Unfortunately we’re not able to get orders out to customers during Alert Level 4. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.

From 11.59pm on Tuesday 7  September the rest of NZ will move to Alert Level 2, we are pleased to advise that our stores will be open to assist patients and customers with their eye and hearing care needs.

If you need to see an optometrist, you can book an appointment online or by calling your local store. We are also available if you need assistance with repairs or adjustments.

We will be doing everything we can to keep patients, customers and team members safe in-store including limiting the number of people that can be in-store at any one time, enhancing our cleaning and hygiene protocols and using personal protective equipment. Our team members will be wearing masks at all times.

QR code check-in is required, so please make sure you scan in or fill in our workplace register when you arrive in-store.

We ask all customers to follow the advice and guidance provided by the government.

You can still buy contact lenses and glasses through our website during the lockdown and have them delivered to your home, as long as you have a valid prescription and mail services continue to operate. We are experiencing some delays with some orders as a result of COVID-19, so your order may take longer than normal to be shipped out to you.
