In regions or districts that are listed as red under the COVID traffic light system, our stores are open for routine care and here to help patients and customers with all of their eye and hearing care needs.

For customers wanting to purchase glasses or contact lenses, you don’t need an appointment – just pop in at any time. When your order is ready, the store will contact you to arrange collection.

For patients wanting to book an appointment for an eye test or hearing check, we ask that you book an appointment online or call your local store.

Our stores are also available to assist with repairs or adjustments.

We will be doing everything we can to keep patients, customers and team members safe in-store including enhanced cleaning and hygiene protocols.

Our team members will be wearing masks at all times and we ask that customers do the same as per government guidelines.

QR code check-in is required so please make sure you scan in or fill in our workplace register when you arrive in-store.

As a healthcare provider, patients and customers are not required to provide their My Vaccine Pass.
