We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery timing will vary depending on the type of product you have purchased. For all orders $79 or over, we offer free tracked shipping.
Glasses: Prescription glasses are made to order to your individual prescription and can take up to 7 -10 business days to create before being dispatched for delivery. Once dispatched, delivery is typically 2-7 days to major metro and 5-9 days for regional locations. Peak times (such as Christmas), sale periods and public holidays may affect delivery timelines.
Contact lenses: Dispatch for stock orders is generally 1-2 business days and non-stock orders within 7 business days. Delivery is typically 2-7 days from dispatch to major metro and 5-9 days for regional locations. Orders for mixed modalities of contact lenses will arrive in separate packages. Peak times (such as Christmas), sale periods and public holidays may affect delivery timelines.
Express delivery is available for qualifying contact lens orders (not available on non-stocked contact lens orders consisting of more complex prescriptions including multifocal lenses or toric lenses). Dispatch for stock orders is generally 1-2 business days. Delivery is typically 1-2 business days from dispatch to major metro and 2-4 business days for regional locations.

Once your order has been individually checked by our team and dispatched for delivery, we will send you an email which will include a tracking link so you can follow your purchase on the NZ Post website here
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we will put it right. No worries, no fuss. If within 2 years of purchase, your glasses frames or lenses have any defects relating to material or production faults, we will repair or replace them for you, free of charge.
How to return a pair of glasses ordered online
If you are unhappy with your selection and would like to try different frames on, we suggest you visit the aftercare store selected during the checkout process and they will be able to facilitate and exchange for a pair of equal value. If you feel that your prescription is not quite right, the in store team will be able to double check the prescription or adjust the frames for a more enhanced fit.
