Specsavers national invoicing process

We will custom build an online purchase order portal for our partners, removing the need for paper purchase orders. The process is as the below, with tailored solutions available. One consolidated monthly invoice is then sent to you (created based on your invoicing requirements).

1. Employee raises a request with their manager, who verifies if they are eligible
2. The manager completes the web form on behalf of the employee
3. The form is then instantly sent to the selected Specsavers store
4. The Specsavers store contacts the employee and arranges the appointment & authorised items
