As a glasses wearer from a young age, my style preferences have certainly evolved over the years. When I didn’t know what frame styles best suited me, I chose more standard shapes and colours, that may not have complimented my skin tone and natural features, including my cheek bones and jaw line. Now that I know what works best for my face shape, I play around with different colour combinations and have both statement frames and paired back styles to work with different occasions.
Having the ability to change up my look with different styles makes me feel good. It’s an extra element that makes me unique and I love that I can choose a pair of glasses to express a part of my personality and go with different outfits.
Glasses are one of the most important items because you wear them on your face – it’s one of the first things that people will notice, so it really helps to know your own style and embrace it, because when you’re confident in your look, you feel great.
