Crystals & Fine Metals: Specsavers unveils the key trends for Spring/Summer '21

Embrace the finer things this season with crystal colour pops and fine metal details.

Embodying a contemporary vintage aesthetic, Spring/Summer ’21 features updated renditions of iconic shapes and a luxurious colour palette to complement any look.

With over 230 new pieces launching throughout the season, we’re breathing new life into much loved shapes with unexpected opaque colours and intricate metal frames.

Crystals

Inspired by, lush crystal tones of pink, green and beige, this season’s frames are a contemporary twist on classic styles.

Featuring round, oval and oversized square profiles, the translucent acetate trend makes traditionally bold colours and shapes a breeze to wear.

Fine Metals

For a subtle, but stylish, statement this season look no further than fine metal frames with lightweight designs, unconventional silhouettes and satin finishes.

Featuring premium metal and sleek, lightweight designs, the fine metal trend embodies weightless and refined quality.
The versatile styles include geometric round eyes, bold squares, oversized aviators and soft round eye frames in sleek silver, gold and rose gold metals.

The Spring/Summer ’21 collection includes glasses from international designers including Marc Jacobs, Tommy Hilfiger and Hugo, as well as local designers Country Road and Alex Perry, and Specsavers’ new eco-friendly range, ReWear. Priced from $149 for two pairs single vision the collection will be available throughout the season online and in Specsavers stores nationwide.
