How do I return a pair of glasses purchased online?

Answer: 

If you feel that your prescription is not quite right, we suggest that you visit the aftercare store selected during the checkout process and the knowledgeable team will be able to double check the prescription or adjust the frames for a more enhanced fit.

If you are unhappy with your selection and would like to try different frames on, we suggest you visit the aftercare store selected during the checkout process and they will be able to facilitate and exchange for a pair of equal value.

If you have entered the wrong prescription, or would like to return your glasses for a refund within 30 days of receiving your online purchase, please contact our friendly customer service team via our online contact form form or call us on 0800 401 269 .
