What is your replacement policy for faulty lenses?

Answer: 

In the unlikely event that your lenses are faulty or not as you ordered, we will replace them, free of charge, or issue a full refund. Replacement will be limited to the same quantity and specification as the original order. Please contact us by email at customerservice@specsavers.co.nz.
